But, they can not sustain their self if on such a strict diet due to the corpse having used up most of the oxygen and the life force the blood carries with it.
If one is to have such a diet, they need to be strict in drinking a living beings' blood once in a while(couple of days), as well, be it an animals' or a humans'.

Besides, haven't you ever heard of a fledgling drinking from their parent or Queen/King to strengthen their bonds?
It is basically what NaTasha does, only she drinks until she kills them.
Though, she is careful in choosing her prey;; Rampant fledgling; Offered sustenance from another, more powerful vampire that has just fed; Et cetera.
So, she causes little damage to the clan when she drinks from corpses.

I seriously doubt "another, more powerful vampire" would offer sustenance to NaTasha. What goes for vampires in other rpgs or stories, does not necessarily go here. She can probably go on drinking from fledgings if you really want her to, but do know that if caught the Queen will have her head :P

She could have somehow been the one to help make said vampire because of a decision made long since. d:

Yes, if the Queen finds out, along with a lot of others, she would have her head. Which is why NaTasha is careful most every time she feeds from another corpse.
